The Sweet Grass
There's a reason cattle drift toward sweet grass. It represents good water, good ground, and the promise of a better season ahead.
The Sweet Grass Bullcutter carries that same feeling.
The handle features a striking piece of Curly Cottonwood with rich green figure that shifts in the light and brings the landscape to mind after a spring rain. A section of Mammoth Tusk adds a piece of history that predates any ranch, trail, or fence line, while the Carbon Fiber and G10 spacer creates a clean transition between materials. Together they form a handle that's hard to forget and even harder to put down.
The blade is crafted from reclaimed farrier rasp steel and heat treated to 60 HRC. The retained rasp texture gives the knife an honest working character while delivering the toughness and edge retention needed for daily use. It's the kind of steel that feels right at home cutting twine, opening feed sacks, or handling the jobs that show up when the day doesn't go according to plan.
At 7 inches overall with a 3-inch cutting edge, the Bullcutter carries comfortably while providing plenty of capability when work needs done. Like a good stand of sweet grass, it's dependable, useful, and worth coming back to.
